2009-08-06 YELLOW - Federal Ballistic Clean .223, 42 grain Frangible Ammunition

Use only frangible ammunition that has a jacketed bullet with the H&K 416 and Bushmaster M4 to prevent the bullet from breaking during chambering. It was determined that the design of the bullet/projectile was not able to withstand the forces created on it during chambering in the H&K 416 and Bushmaster M4. This will eliminate having broken bullets wedged into the barrel lugs and multiple strikes on the target at close ranges.
